Hi there stampers! I am so excited for the new catalog but also a little sad to say goodbye to some of my favorites. One of those favorites is this adorable stamp set with coordinating dies called Sweet Home. The cute house makes the perfect cards for welcoming new neighbors or congratulating someone on a new home. The matching dies cut out the most adorable house shaped box that is perfect for all kinds of treats.
I stamped the house shape onto thick whisper white with daffodil delight ink and then added white embossing paste over the top with the brick patterned mask. I then stamped the window, door, and welcome banner in night of navy and used coordinating dies to cut those out. For the roof of the house, I stamped this in old olive and fussy cut it out. I used the simple striped embossing folder to emboss a panel of crumb cake and then added some ink splatters. This was adhered to a top folding A2 card base made from crumb cake and a strip of specialty paper from delightful daisy DSP was added to the middle of the card. I then adhered the house to the front along with the banner. The card was finished off with some basic rhinestones colored blue with my night of navy stampin’ blend marker.
